Kristi Cruz, Personal Trainer


Through her own struggles with weight, Kristi found her passion in health and fitness and has turned that passion into a career as a personal trainer. Her goal is to create a place where people of all ages, sizes, genders, and fitness goals may come together and get the personal attention they deserve. Kristi believes that for most people training is about being healthy and happy, and that everyone can excel with the right encouragement and training.  Her programs are based on functional strength, core stability, proper nutrition, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise. Her 15+ years of experience combined with creative and fun programs will make your training something you look forward to!

"After a three-car rear end accident, I had a concussion and severe whiplash. I picked A2 to help me recover. I will have to honestly say A2's expertise and therapists along with all the other staff, have been the "silver lining". They are very knowledgable and take the time to explain what they are doing. and why they are doing it. They are extremely friendly, thoughtful, and maintain flexible hours. I have followed the home exercises regularly and have seen steady improvement. This is very important as I am a small business owner with a physically demanding job. A2 has it all! Fantastic physical therapists, massage therapist, and personal fitness trainers, all under one roof. Alika is a visionary and A2 is the hidden jewel of PT, but not for long."

"I started at A2 about mid-July and I am in the 9:00 am Friday class. A2 has opened me up to new levels of a workout. There is no “golden Standard”. Everyone goes to the best of their abilities. I feel like I can workout without being judged. In my class there are my mom, dad, aunt Lori, aunt Amber, my cousin Mandy and our newest addition Randy. Kristi is always encouraging us to give our all. She is never telling us that we aren’t doing the workout right. Instead she helps us grow by kindly telling us if we do it this way we will get more out of it and she always helps us get there.
