Welcome to A2 Physical Therapy

Where your health is our commitment. We believe that to provide the highest level of physical therapy and wellness services, we must accomplish the following:

  • Form authentic relationships by earning your trust
  • Allow enough treatment time based on your medical need
  • Ensure continuity of care
  • Never prioritize profits over people

We are committed to doing these things better than our competition; our team will not stop working to improve professionally in these areas. We know the highest level of one-on-one care makes for a better educated patient and leads to the best possible outcome.

When physical therapy at A2 is complete, patients have the option to work with our personal trainers as part of our wellness program. Each trainer has a specific niche ranging from weight loss and nutrition to sports performance. Whether you need intensive rehabilitation or are looking to take the next step toward your health and fitness goals, A2 Physical Therapy is ready to show you our definition of healthcare.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the highest level of physical therapy and wellness services.  We believe this can be done by forming authentic relationships with patients, earning their trust, allowing the appropriate amount of treatment time, and ensuring continuity of care while never prioritizing profits over people.

"Physically and mentally as healthy as I can be is my goal. My father lived to 93 and fairly healthy physically and mentally. My mother is 96 years old and is failing mentally and physically. I have watched the good and bad of aging. My chances of longevity is good but I want to be mentally and physically as healthy as I can be. Not until I started working out with Kristi Cruz at A2 did I know how to prepare myself for my road ahead. Kristi has given me the tools and information for me to understand what I need. She has led me by my hands and feet to improve me physically and talked and explained to help me understand the process. Working out with Kristi two or three times per week is a priority and my recipe for good mental and physical health. My name is Geri Markham and I am 71 years old. I feel as fit as I could be at my age. I have to give all the credit to Kristi Cruz at A2 for walking with me through the process. I would recommend Kristi totally if you are interested in learning to be physically and mentally healthy as you move on in life. Life is good thanks to A2 and Kristi Cruz."

"My name is Irvin Markham. I am a member of A2 Physical Therapy and Fitness. I have been a member of several gyms but never had a personal trainer. With no schedule or workout plan, I would always eventually quit. My wife suggested to go see her personal trainer Kristi Cruz. What a difference the experience has made in helping me get the most out of my workouts. Kristi has not only helped me get 71 year old body back in shape physically, but mentally as well. She has put me on a set schedule and encourages me to do all the things I need to do to stay healthy. I cannot thank Kristi and the entire staff at A2 for all of the support they have shown me."

"William and I have been working out with Kristi on Saturday mornings for months now and we love it! We find the couples training so beautiful physically, mentally and relationally. Kristi not only challenges us with cardio and lifting but has introduced us to exercises that relate to balance and stretching. As we enter our 60’s we appreciate these balance routines and can see how it benefits our daily lives. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard William say, “I am not doing that, that’s a girl exercise!” and then later he’ll say “wow that was harder than I thought” or sometime that week he’ll bring up an exercise we do on Saturday and how it benefited him that day! Most importantly we have blast encouraging each other, competing with each other and having fun! We appreciate A2 and Kristi for providing a space for us to stay fit and have fun. We wish you all much success! Thank you"
