Coral Vig, Personal Trainer

In 2010, Coral made the choice to take control of her health, both for personal gain but also for the benefit her family receives with a happy, healthy and active mama.   Her personal experience as a mother, wife, full-time employee and friend has allowed Coral to understand the reality that life pulls each person in many directions and gets complicated.  Her intention is to provide her clients with the tools needed to create a healthy lifestyle that is "real-life friendly" and sustainable long term within the constraints and challenges we will undoubtedly encounter.  Her evolving experiences have demonstrated that fitness brings more than physical health and aesthetics. She believes the process inspires a sense of empowerment and achievement in the completion of daily efforts while working towards long-term goals.  Participating in a community that shares in and supports the changes and goals you set out to accomplish make the process enjoyable and the results more attainable.  Her experience as a client showed her this is the brand of community A2 provides. Coral is thrilled to be a part of this progressive team which provides total wellness to their clients in such a positive and proactive environment.

"It was very helpful to be taught exercises I could do at home to alleviate the pain in my back and to make my stomach/diaphragm stronger. It was a great experience and I took away a lot of knowledge to help myself."

"Physically and mentally as healthy as I can be is my goal. My father lived to 93 and fairly healthy physically and mentally. My mother is 96 years old and is failing mentally and physically. I have watched the good and bad of aging. My chances of longevity is good but I want to be mentally and physically as healthy as I can be. Not until I started working out with Kristi Cruz at A2 did I know how to prepare myself for my road ahead. Kristi has given me the tools and information for me to understand what I need. She has led me by my hands and feet to improve me physically and talked and explained to help me understand the process. Working out with Kristi two or three times per week is a priority and my recipe for good mental and physical health. My name is Geri Markham and I am 71 years old. I feel as fit as I could be at my age. I have to give all the credit to Kristi Cruz at A2 for walking with me through the process. I would recommend Kristi totally if you are interested in learning to be physically and mentally healthy as you move on in life. Life is good thanks to A2 and Kristi Cruz."

"The therapy did exactly as I had hoped, it helped alleviate my shoulder pain, and stopped the numbness from creeping down my arm to my hand. The exercises I was shown had the added benefit of helping keep my neck and traps loose and not so tense all the time. A great experience that I would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy."
