Now’s the time to get started! A2 Athletics “Healthy and Happy” 12 week competition is perfect for first timers. Our team of professionals will provide you with the education and support you need to create serious change in both your body and your mind. You'll gain access to unlimited group workouts, a custom workout plan for all 12 weeks, personal training sessions once a month, body composition and fitness assessment performed by a professional, online community forum with access to our team of trainers/therapists, nutrition coaching (Optional), and a free swag bag.
Winner will receive a $500 gift certificate to A2 Athletics
Points are earned by participating in workouts, logging sleep habits, and submitting a nutrition log each week.
There will also be weekly and monthly prize giveaways.

"I started at A2 about mid-July and I am in the 9:00 am Friday class. A2 has opened me up to new levels of a workout. There is no “golden Standard”. Everyone goes to the best of their abilities. I feel like I can workout without being judged. In my class there are my mom, dad, aunt Lori, aunt Amber, my cousin Mandy and our newest addition Randy. Kristi is always encouraging us to give our all. She is never telling us that we aren’t doing the workout right. Instead she helps us grow by kindly telling us if we do it this way we will get more out of it and she always helps us get there.
