Alika Antone, DPT

Alika is A2's owner and lead therapist. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 2005 after graduating with a BS in Exercise Science. His post graduate specialties include: shoulder rehabilitation and injury prevention. He also has extensive clinical experience specializing in SI joint and lower back pain and has a high success rate rehabilitating these conditions.

Having played baseball for the University of Puget Sound, Alika is a lover of all sports and enjoys helping athletes of all ages prevent injuries, rehabilitate their bodies, and perform at their best. In 2021, Alika wrote a Children's book called 'Quiet Mind for Kids' intended to give our youth simple tools to improve their mindset and become the best version of themselves. After a day of treating patients you can either find Alika coaching little league baseball or on A2's gym side of the clinic leading a youth fitness class for what he calls our next generation of young athletes.

"The therapy did exactly as I had hoped, it helped alleviate my shoulder pain, and stopped the numbness from creeping down my arm to my hand. The exercises I was shown had the added benefit of helping keep my neck and traps loose and not so tense all the time. A great experience that I would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy."

"I started at A2 about mid-July and I am in the 9:00 am Friday class. A2 has opened me up to new levels of a workout. There is no “golden Standard”. Everyone goes to the best of their abilities. I feel like I can workout without being judged. In my class there are my mom, dad, aunt Lori, aunt Amber, my cousin Mandy and our newest addition Randy. Kristi is always encouraging us to give our all. She is never telling us that we aren’t doing the workout right. Instead she helps us grow by kindly telling us if we do it this way we will get more out of it and she always helps us get there. I decided to do cross country this year and I feel like I can go and be successful and strong because of my A2 workout. Thank you so much for helping me grow in my health."
